"I was actually strictly searching for an insurance company that offered a military family discount when I got a text from Marissa. I usually don’t do this type of communication when it comes to insurance policies but I did for some reason this time and I’m so glad I did. She was so patient and helpful. "Marissa at State Farm (Roy Copeland’s office) went above and beyond in assisting me with getting a renters insurance policy issued and making sure the additional insured was added to satisfy the apartment requirements. She also helped with lowering my son’s amount due on his past due bill so it could be paid. She also put in service requests to process additional requests that need to be made in the future.
